Me and Don have spent a lot of time together over the past few weeks. I've watched him grow from a little trickle with wooden bridges to a great hulk of a river with a span kilometres wide.
To mark the start of the journey I threw a coin in the spring and it seemed only fitting to do so at the end. I hunted around in my purse and found one lonely cent. (Odd as I emptied out the Euros when I came to Hungary. Every other coin and note in there is a forint). I found a quiet spot and threw the coin into the river.
