I heard some noises last night but from experience thought it was a mouse, or even a hedgehog. I banged the tent a bit, it started to rain and the noises stopped.
As the rain had come on quick I hadn't taken the rubbish away (I usually hang it on a tree but there isn't one) and as I heard the rustle I assumed the little mouse was a spring onion loving one.
This morning I woke up bright and early and got up to go to the loo. I had left my shoes in the awning and was perplexed to find only one. I put it on and opened the door. There 5 feet away was my second shoe. And the rubbish bag? Nowhere to be seen.
I retrieved the shoe, and the mangled strap and put it on.
Bite mark (good thinking on bringing the super glue - not sure it'll hold) here \/ for identification purposes.
