Who said booking bike on Eurostar was easy? I am prepared to pay the extra, get the bike on the same train as me all in one piece. Save me some time and effort. But no. Not that simple. 'Cause the man booking the ticket can't book the bike and the bike might not fit on the train the ticket is booked for and then the logistics department are unavailable and the Eurostar man can't book the bike on the train from Edinburgh to London although he can book me on. Great huh? I have been trying for about an hour and so have some tentative holds on tickets and dates but not much else.
