The rain has set in for the day and I am late setting off. I came to the supermarket via a 'breton' shop (they're everywhere) and got distracted from the task at hand which is to cycle to Quimper by the shortest possible route. I had planned another couple of stops on the way but, as the weather is iffy, I'd rather get there and keep my gear reasonably dry. I've a couple of day rides planned too-yesterday taught me how pleasant touring can be unencumbered.
The ride round the coast yesterday was beautiful. I went south to north starting with the Cap de Cherve, then the Point de Dinan and finally Point de Penire. All worth the trip and the double arrowed climbs.

Now, to Quimper Nordie, and don't spare the horses!
