A good day? Well it started with a dry tent so maybe that's what cheered me.
I think so. Despite the torrential rain I quite enjoyed today. I liked where I was and felt good about the cycling too. Really, it was a simple short ride. Just the rain to challenge and in a way, that was a distraction.
The museum for today was at Neuburg Castle. As the rain had put off most visitors there was just me wandering the empty corridors and the vast hall of Flemish Masters.
After that it really was straight on. Long stretches of perfectly straight road, a little bend then more straight road. So it was music on, head down and off we go. The second part of the journey was straight forward!
Ingosladt is a pretty town, although sight nor sound of Frankenstein. I will return to hunt for him or his monster tomorrow morning.
Fairly sure it's going to chuck it down tonight but nothing new there.
I'm sure that you know this, as the locals must be proud, but Ingolstadt is twinned with Kirkcaldy! I look forward to hearing all about it.
